We are seeking a Business Account Representative to help facilitate new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a highly motivated individual driven to provide top of the line customer service and clear a path for our customers success.
Responsibilities
- Process all customer orders
- Manage incoming customer queries escalating internally as needed, ensuring customer expectations and/or concerns are communicated clearly
- Point of contact for customers, provide a quick response to customer needs, communicate closely to meet customer expectations
- Data entry customer request and update orders into EnterpriseOne, communicate with Planning, shipping and management when needed to follow up on customer request, retrieve information for portal orders.
- Work with planning for expedited orders, follow up with shipping for same day expedited shipments, edit documents for international shipments, and prioritize shipments.
- Review any invoice discrepancies, shipment discrepancies, PO discrepancies and submit information to accounting when necessary.
- Submit quote information to customers when required.
- High School Diploma is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with tools such as Oracle, Agile, or other database systems
