Required Experience
* 8–15 years of overall Oracle HCM technical experience.
* Minimum 4–5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical implementation experience.
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
* Hands-on experience building and deploying Oracle HCM AI Agents.
* Experience leading Redwood migration projects for Oracle Fusion HCM.
* Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
* Experience supporting global HCM implementations is preferred. Functional Knowledge Working knowledge of one or more of the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
* Core HR * Recruiting * Talent Management * Learning * Workforce Compensation * Payroll - US * Benefits * Next Gen Helpdesk Desired Skills * Skilled with Agile methodologies and their application
* Ability to perform unit and integration testing
