What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lending Specialist position at Econosoft?
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan Processor
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems (nCino preferred)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Commercial Lending experience is must
- Manage the loan lifecycle from approval through closing and servicing
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, lenders, legal teams, and operations to ensure timely closings
- Review and prepare loan documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Support loan funding, booking, payments, draws, and payoffs
- Resolve issues and ensure proper risk controls throughout transactions
- Banking experience required
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
