What are the responsibilities and job description for the Java Developer position at Econosoft?
The engineer will own the delivery of complex features across both front-end and back-end systems, translating platform requirements into well-structured implementations that are maintainable, testable, and aligned to identity use cases.
The role will contribute to—and materially improve—the team’s execution across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, with a strong bias toward reducing operational risk and improving service quality.
The engineer will lead and/or heavily influence integration of platform capabilities with AWS/Terrform and Kubernetes services, ensuring interoperability, consistent runtime behavior across environments, and clear operational runbooks for production support.
The engineer will raise engineering standards through rigorous code reviews, pragmatic testing strategies, and disciplined troubleshooting, with a focus on preventing recurrence of defects and improving the team’s delivery velocity without compromising control and quality.
The engineer will take active operational ownership for monitoring application performance and optimizing system reliability, identifying bottlenecks, driving remediation, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets required service expectations
