What we are looking for
Highly motivated individual who provides outstanding customer service by supporting inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy research, item master maintenance, and physical inventory activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, accurate documentation, and the ability to work with multiple departments to maintain reliable inventory records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
  • Performs daily cycle counts and verifies physical inventory against system quantities, units of measure (UOM), and inventory locations.
  • Research inventory variances by reviewing relevant transactions such as receiving, transfers, sales, fulfillments, and adjustments; perform recounts when necessary and documents the results.
  • Processes or submits inventory corrections and adjustments according to established procedures and approval levels.
  • Reviews inventory exception reports, including shorts, empty bins, slow-moving inventory, and other assigned reports, and follows up as needed.
  • Identifies recurring inventory issues or unusual/high-value discrepancies and escalates them to Inventory Management
Product Control & Physical Inventory
  • Reviews short-dated and expired inventory and perform audits of product rotation, damages, storage, labeling, and quality.
  • Verifies that damaged, expired, donated, disposed, returned, or otherwise removed inventory is properly documented and reflected in the inventory system.
  • Assists with the preparation and execution of periodic physical inventories, recounts, and audit preparation.
  • Assists with training and guiding employees for physical inventory, including counting procedures, UOM, item identification, documentation, and use of inventory counting equipment or systems
Item Master & Inventory Documentation
  • Maintains assigned item master data, including verification of UPCs, item descriptions, UOM, pack sizes/conversions, and other required item information.
  • Sets items as active or inactive as needed and authorized, and identifies duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete item records for correction.
  • Reviews purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, transfer records, or other source documents when needed to support inventory research or verify inventory transactions.
  • Maintains organized and accurate supporting documentation for inventory counts, adjustments, damages, expirations, transfers, and other assigned inventory-control activities
Department Support & Compliance
  • Works with Receiving, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations when inventory information or assistance is needed to resolve an issue.
  • Audits incoming, outgoing, or transferred inventory when requested to confirm the correct item, quantity, UOM, and location.
  • Follows established inventory-control procedures, internal controls, safety requirements, and assigned timelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; at least one year of warehouse, inventory control, receiving, or directly related experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems preferred; NetSuite and RF-SMART experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with good mathematical, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, research discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and work independently or with multiple departments.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to accurately review and enter inventory and item master information.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between company warehouses and store locations as required.
  • Warehouse experience and ability to safely navigate warehouse, cooler, freezer, and storage areas.
  • Stand-up forklift certification preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and use handheld or computer equipment.
  • Frequently required to lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 50 pounds and safely access inventory stored at high and low locations.
  • May work in cooler or freezer environments ranging approximately from -10°F to 40°F and may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • Frequently works near forklifts and other moving warehouse equipment and in areas with elevated noise levels.

Location:
Rotating between 100 S. Cotton St., 1500 E. Paisano Dr. and 411 N. Zaragoza Rd.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday rotating scheduled can be:
  • 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary : $15 - $17
