Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Lead employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote continuous performance improvement.
- Manage benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Design and execute workforce management initiatives, including organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
- Facilitate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams and support career growth pathways.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, ensuring effective conflict management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with comprehensive knowledge of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and organization design to support business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or other HR data tools for reporting and decision-making purposes.
