Job Description:
Family Advocate needed for Birth to Five School Readiness program. The Family Advocate acts as liaison between the program and families and provides Strength Based Case Management services linking families to community services. Knowledge of Child Development
Job Qualifications:
Within eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Up-to-date physical and TB test required. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and computer skills. Desired qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field with at least one year of strength-based case management experience.
