Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone or in person
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication at all times
- Support guest relations efforts by addressing concerns promptly and professionallyExperience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
