Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and assist with their needs throughout their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience through excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, updating records, and preparing reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to prioritize cleaning schedules and address special guest requests or VIP needs
- Uphold hotel policies related to guest safety, security protocols, and phone etiquette to maintain a secure and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality services, or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting light loads, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
