Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in various cleaning techniques and products.
- Knowledge of floor care practices including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices in commercial or industrial settings is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
