Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, introduce our products or services, and gather key lead information to support our sales team. Duties

  • Responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team by working in person at a retail store.
  • Utilize scheduling software to enter leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with prospects to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.
  • Ability to stand for 6-10 hours per shift (with scheduled breaks).
  • Must be able to work independently at assigned location (1 location per shift).

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with the public.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Experience in inside sales or outbound calling is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand for entire shift with break(s) and/or meal periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
