About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Head of Operations to lead the development, coordination, and scaling of a rapidly growing creator-economy platform that unifies content creation, monetization, and community engagement under one ecosystem.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can translate big-picture vision into operational excellence — overseeing everything from product and people to public relations and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Build, refine, and oversee operational systems across all departments — including product, marketing, finance, and technology.
- Public Relations Management:
- Develop and execute PR strategies that strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to shape messaging, public image, and community engagement.
- Strategic Growth: Lead cross-functional coordination between product, marketing, and community teams to ensure cohesive growth and unified execution.
- Performance & Systems: Establish performance metrics and operational KPIs to drive accountability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage key operational, PR, and partnership roles.
- Compliance & Structure: Help shape equity, revenue-share, and profit distribution frameworks alongside legal and financial advisors.
- Investor Readiness: Prepare operational reports, growth documentation, and PR collateral for investor and partner communications.
- Proven leadership experience in startup or platform operations, ideally in SaaS, creator economy, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success managing public relations or brand communications for a growing company.
- Strong operational, organizational, and interpersonal leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital monetization models, creator platforms, or community ecosystems.
- Exceptional communicator capable of turning ideas into action and data into insight.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on autonomy, ownership, and long-term value creation.
