Role Overview
Ecolutia Services is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Account Manager to lead our sales activities across the US Gulf Coast. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in industrial water treatment or services and a strong track record of developing and closing business in power, refining, petrochemical, chemical and other heavy industrial sectors.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and delivering revenue growth by promoting our mobile and outsourced water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new business to drive revenue growth across the Gulf Coast
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in line with annual targets
- Leverage existing relationships while actively building new customer connections
- Manage key accounts to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Promote Ecolutia’s solutions across end-user sectors and increase brand presence
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven success in industrial B2B sales and account management
- Experience selling water treatment solutions or other industrial services into power, refining, petrochemical, chemical, and other heavy industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial customer needs and business processes across the Gulf Coast
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with mobile or outsourced water treatment solutions is preferable
- Experience working with rental or service-based business models is advantageous

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant industrial sales experience
- Knowledge of water treatment technologies (e.g. filtration, RO, ion exchange)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field preferred
- Valid US driver’s license, TWIC card and DISA eligibility required
