As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Position Details
- Plant Location: Beloit, WI
- Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm & overtime, including Weekends, as necessary
- Compensation Package Offered: $17.50 / hour
- Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts; wrap and label shipments; deliver to assembly line, packing, or shipping areas.
- Material Handling: Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory & Recordkeeping: Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
- General Operations: Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
- This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs.
- Previous plant or warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
