Position:
The Remodel Installer - Crew Leader position plays a critical role in the achievement of our strategic objective. This position ensures the timely execution of assigned work orders – resulting in exceptional quality control and the recognition of our Core Values within a team environment.
Role and Responsibilities
· Must be capable of excelling in three critical areas; Attitude, Effort and Ability.
· Some experience in construction or remodel is desired.
· Must have some experience using large equipment equipment (i.e. skid loader, excavator, forklift, etc...).
· Ability to lead and inspire a team with respect, integrity, and excellence.
· Ability to communicate to customers with great care and understanding.
· The ability to do physical work such as lifting, squatting, jumping and crawling out of ditches, ability to climb up and down a ladder, walking and maneuvering on uneven ground.
· Comfortable working in all kinds of inclement weather such as but not limited to; rain, snow, cold, hot, dusty, and muddy conditions.
· Must possess the ability to do simple math such as but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
· Must possess the ability to read and translate a tape measure.
· Must possess general construction skills.
· Ability to operate construction equipment (Such as but not limited to: Skid loader, Mini-Track hoe, Small Dump truck).
· Must have the ability to work hard and give a 100% on the job site.
· Must have an insurable driving record and have the ability to operate and maneuver a truck and trailer.
