What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Eco Outdoor Group?
About the Role
The marketing team at Eco Outdoor is responsible for shaping how our materials, projects and ideas are experienced globally, building a brand that sits at the intersection of architecture and nature.
Reporting to the GM of Marketing (Australia), we’re looking for a creative and hands-on marketer to join our team in Beverly Hills. This role spans content, shoots, events, PR and brand storytelling.
You’ll be trusted to lead the execution of marketing in the US, identifying opportunities, capturing work in a considered way, and translating projects into content that resonates with architects and designers.
If you’re someone who cares about detail, understands visual storytelling, and enjoys being close to the work this is a rare opportunity to shape how a design-led brand shows up in a key market.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing planning
Work closely with the global team to shape and deliver the US marketing plan, identifying opportunities within the local market and ensuring execution aligns with the broader brand direction.
2. Content & storytelling
Partner with the sales team to identify projects worth capturing and lead the end-to-end process, from concept through to shoot and final output. Including project storytelling, short-form video, editorial-style content
3. Photoshoots & production
Plan and deliver photoshoots, working with photographers, stylists and internal teams to ensure work is captured with care and intention.
4. Events & brand experiences
Plan and deliver events that feel aligned to the brand from intimate gatherings to larger industry moments, focussing on creating experiences that build genuine relationships, not just attendance.
5. PR & industry presence
Act as the key contact for PR in the US, working with our agency to secure meaningful coverage and partnerships. Ensure every project has the opportunity to be seen by the right audience.
