What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waterloo IA - ALO ATCT Traffic Control Tower position at Eco-Friendly Cleaning Specialist?
We are looking for 2 Janitor to carry out cleaning duties at the Waterloo IA - ALO Air Traffic Control Tower, 7 days a week (Monday - Sunday), $21.91-$22.91/hr, 7 hours/day
Janitorial cleaning duties can be completed anytime between 5:00 PM and 12:00AM. Subject to changes.
Responsibilities
Daily/Regular Services:
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and clean containers.
- Sweep, mop, or vacuum carpeted and uncarpeted floors.
- Dust and clean surfaces, including high-touch points like:
- Doorknobs, handrails, phones, workstations, countertops.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and locker rooms, replenish supplies.
- Clean breakrooms, kitchens, and lactation rooms.
- Sanitize drinking fountains and bottle fill stations
Periodic/As-Needed Services:
- Wash interior and first-floor exterior windows and window coverings.
- Shampoo carpets and rugs using water extraction methods.
- Strip, wax, and buff uncarpeted floors.
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and handicap lifts.
- Dust high surfaces above 7 feet.
- Handle blood or bodily fluids in accordance with CDC guidelines
*Must be willing to submit fingerprints and pass a federal background check*
*Must have reliable transportation*
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $21.50 - $22.91 per hour
