Daily Cleaning - Common Areas

• *Kitchen: Remove trash and replace liners, wipe down counters, sinks, cabinets, appliances, polish faucets, mop floors.

• *Bathrooms: Disinfect counters, toilets, sinks, mirrors; replace soiled hand towels; empty trash and replace liners.

• *Break Room: Disinfect tables, chairs, mop floors, vacuum as needed, clean light fixtures and curtains.

• *Entryway: Mop and vacuum carpets (after 9:00 AM).

• *Hallways/Corridors: Vacuum, mop, wipe baseboards, clean mirrors, dust and clean furniture.

• *Offices: Dust surfaces, remove trash, vacuum/mop floors, clean windows (inside/outside), wipe plantation shutters, restock bathrooms.

Daily Cleaning - Exam Rooms

• *Dust mop and wet mop floors using EPA-approved germicidal agent.

• *Disinfect sinks, fixtures, mirrors, paper towel dispensers, and exam tables.

• *Wipe door handles, phones, and work surfaces with germicidal solution.

• *Remove trash liners and disinfect trash receptacles.

• *Clean and disinfect all horizontal surfaces including window ledges and file cabinets.

Daily Cleaning - General

• *Dust desks, counters, and file cabinets.

• *Spot clean spills, coffee rings, and fingerprints.

• *Clean and disinfect doors, handles, windows, and glass partitions.

• *Empty and disinfect trash receptacles.

• *Disinfect light switches and telephone receivers.

• *Sweep, vacuum, or dust mop hard floors.

Daily Cleaning - Restrooms

• *Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, toilets, and urinals.

• *Disinfect dispensers, fixtures, and mirrors.

• *Restock hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper.

• *Empty trash and sanitary receptacles.

• *Mop floors with germicidal solution.

• *High dust partitions, vents, and door tops.

Weekly Cleaning

• *High dusting: air vents, tops of doors, ceiling corners.

• *Low dusting: desk fronts and sides, chair/table legs and bases.

Twice Monthly Cleaning

• *Vacuum and wipe down furniture surfaces to remove dust and lint.

Monthly Cleaning

• *Clean inside oven and stove drip trays.

• *Vacuum carpet edges and corners.

• *Dust ceiling vents.

• *Check light fixtures in all areas.

• *Clean baseboards, corners, and wall/floor edges.

• *Deep clean and disinfect trash receptacles.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.45 per hour
