What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Growth Marketing | Agency & Multi-Brand position at Eclipsyum?
About Eclipsyum
Eclipsyum is a consulting and marketing agency supporting growing businesses across construction, home services, logistics, and consumer products.
We manage marketing strategy, lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, websites, CRM systems, automation, reporting, branding, and campaign execution across multiple brands and client accounts.
We are hiring a senior marketing leader who can build strategy, lead a team, inspect execution, and connect marketing activity directly to qualified leads, booked appointments, pipeline, revenue, and measurable business growth.
This is not a content coordinator or social media management position.
Position Overview
The Director of Growth Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands, client accounts, locations, and business units.
The right candidate will have experience working in an agency, consulting firm, multi-brand company, franchise organization, or another fast-paced environment where several campaigns and stakeholders must be managed simultaneously.
You must be able to:
- Build the marketing plan
- Establish measurable KPIs
- Assign and prioritize work
- Lead internal team members and outside vendors
- Review campaign performance
- Identify weak execution or broken tracking
- Improve underperforming campaigns
- Hold the team accountable for deadlines and results
- Clearly report what is working, what is failing, and what must change
Marketing at Eclipsyum is measured by business outcomes, not activity volume. More posts, emails, or website traffic mean very little unless they produce qualified opportunities and revenue.
Required Experience
Candidates must have:
- 10 years of professional marketing experience
- 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role
- Agency, consulting, multi-client, multi-brand, franchise, or multi-location experience
- Proven experience generating qualified leads and revenue opportunities
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, brands, or accounts simultaneously
- Experience leading marketing employees, specialists, freelancers, agencies, or vendors
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, content strategy, website optimization, CRM tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience connecting marketing results to calls, appointments, pipeline, sales, and revenue
- Strong experience using AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve output and decision-making
- Strong communication, organization, delegation, and performance-management skills
Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to social media posting, graphic design, content calendars, or brand awareness will not be a fit for this role.
