Custom Wallpaper and Graphics Installer

Eclipse Creative is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated wallpaper and graphics installer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team! You will act as the face of our company on-site, bringing designs to life while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Position Summary

In this role, you will handle the hands-on installation of high-quality wallpapers, custom graphics, and architectural films. You will act as the face of our company on-site, bringing designs to life while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

What You Will Do

• Precision Installation: Install a variety of specialized materials, ensuring flawless execution, seamless alignment, and high-quality finishes.
• On-Site Client Relations: Communicate professionally with clients in person and via phone to review project details and ensure satisfaction.
• Communication: Act as the vital link between project managers and clients, effectively communicating updates and managing troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Tool & Material Management: Use shop tools safely and select the correct techniques based on the specific material being installed.
• Digital Operations: Utilize digital apps to access installation calendars, view project details (addresses, site contacts), and upload completion photos.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Tool Proficiency: Solid understanding of basic shop tools, including reading a tape measure, using a bubble level, operating a drill, and mastering a heat gun.
• Material Knowledge: Basic understanding of different material types and their unique handling characteristics.
• Communication & Independence: Self-motivated worker who proactively communicates with managers to determine daily priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones/tablets to navigate scheduling software and upload required documentation.
• Physical Demands: Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and work on ladders throughout the day.
• Logistics: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
  

Performance Milestone

To ensure your success, we provide hands-on exposure to our core products. You must demonstrate proper independent installation skills for the following materials within 90 days of employment:

• Dusted Crystal
• Vinyl (Standard, Perm, and Remo Vinyl)
