What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Lead Installer-Residential position at Custom Air Conditioning and Heating Co?
HVAC Installer-Residential - $24-$33/hour
We are looking for Installers with a minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience to join our team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems which includes equipment and ductwork in new builds, custom homes, remodels, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience required
- 1 years Lead Installer experience required
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Acquires or personally owns tools needed for jobs including: meters, gauges, and testing tools, that are required for a complete and proper start-up, and has the skills to use the tools properly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork. This includes new installation and remodel/replacement of existing systems.
- Full time employee, will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime required based on business needs.
- Perform commissioning/start-up on equipment using proper testing equipment to ensure proper equipment performance.
- Adheres to all safety policies.
- Attends training opportunities to keep up with industry changes
- Take responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
- Provide maximum customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers
- Other duties as assigned
