Job Overview
We are looking for confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. You will work in local neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, introduce them to our exterior remodeling services, and schedule free home inspections for interested customers.
This is a door-to-door position focused on starting conversations and generating qualified appointments—not completing in-home sales. No previous canvassing or home-improvement experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services
- Identify potential customer needs and generate qualified leads
- Schedule free home inspections with interested homeowners
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details
- Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals
- Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude in the field
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings
- Follow assigned territories, company procedures, and local solicitation guidelines
- Represent Eclipse Remodeling professionally within the community
Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable when speaking with new people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No previous canvassing or sales experience required
Pay: $700.00 - $3,500.00 per week
