Job Summary

Are you a skilled bartender with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to deliver top-notch service and craft quality beverages for our valued patrons.

Job duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and gaming patrons.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Process gaming tickets accurately and promptly.
• Issue W2G forms for jackpots of $2,500 or more
• Follow cash handling and gaming complimentary policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements by checking customer identification.
• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration and a Nye County Liquor Permit.
• Computer knowledge of gaming system and a Player's Club program.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic retail math calculations for cash transactions
• Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials or featured drinks
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move continuously for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds, including cases of beverages, kegs, and supplies.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting to access bar supplies, glassware, and equipment.
• Ability to handle repetitive motions such as shaking, stirring, pouring, and serving drinks.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate bar tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, temperature changes, and lighting conditions.
• Clear vision and hearing to safely interact with guests and monitor surroundings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a loud or busy environment.
