Job Description:
The Shipping Clerk responsibilities include coordinating daily warehouse shipping activities to ensure customer orders are accurately filled, processed, and shipped on time while maintaining compliance with company safety, quality, food safety, and operational standards. This position supports warehouse operations by monitoring inventory, documenting product movement, maintaining accurate records, staging materials for production, and ensuring products are handled, stored, loaded, and unloaded according to established procedures. The Shipping Clerk works closely with warehouse leadership to achieve productivity goals, maintain inventory accuracy, support efficient workflow, and provide outstanding customer service while contributing to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: 
First Shift: Days Vary, 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM start time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Follow all company safety, security, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
-Report injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions, and damaged equipment immediately.
-Safely load and unload products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete sanitation tasks as assigned.
-Ensure orders are accurately filled and shipped on time.
-Follow GMPs and food safety standards to prevent contamination.
-Rotate inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
-Monitor, document, and report product damage and inventory shrink.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts and reconciliations.
-Ensure timely and accurate documentation of material transfers and warehouse transactions.
-Stage raw materials and packaging supplies to support production efficiency.
-Participate in training and cross-training activities.
-Coordinate daily activities with warehouse leadership and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
-Basic inventory control, recordkeeping, and data entry skills.
-Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
-Dependable attendance and punctuality, including flexibility for approved overtime as needed.
-Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
-Ability to work in refrigerated, warehouse, and production environments as required.

Bonus Eligibility:
