Now Hiring:
The CMM Specialist – Quality oversees quality machining team members to ensure effective execution of quality policies, processes, and procedures. This role supports quality management through training, audits, and communication of product quality issues while promoting positive team relations and leading by example. The position serves as a key liaison between Quality and Machining to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $80,000 yearly
Shift: Inquire about shift availability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Follow company policies, procedures, and core values
-Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S, EHS adherence)
-Act as liaison between Quality and Machining teams
-Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues (parts, materials, tooling, processes)
-Review audits, inspections, and quality records; correct discrepancies
-Support APQP, SPC, calibration systems, and process audits
-Verify supplier samples (ISIR) and support internal/external audits
-Lead or assist with corrective actions and customer complaint resolution
-Facilitate quality meetings and reporting activities
-Train team members on quality tools, equipment, and processes
-Support continuous improvement and team skill development
-Promote a collaborative, professional workplace culture
-Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED (required)
-4-year degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
-4–6 years of quality or machining experience (preferred)
-Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Experience with quality and audit software (e.g., ADP, EASE, Autoway)
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
-Ability to train and develop team members
-Flexibility to work varied schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed
-Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 30 lbs), and perform detailed manual tasks

Bonus Eligibility:
