The Inventory Clerk position responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting daily warehouse operations through inventory tracking, reporting, audits, and cycle counts. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and utilizing inventory management systems to support shipping, receiving, and customer needs while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Shift:
First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Second Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain perpetual inventory records for materials and products
-Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations
-Generate and maintain inventory and damage reports for leadership
-Verify system inventory against physical inventory counts
-Track and monitor damaged, held, recalled, or returned products as needed
-Utilize inventory management systems to support warehouse operations
-Assist with product recalls, holds/releases, and inventory control activities
-Support facility inspection readiness for quality and regulatory standards
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory activities
-Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures
-Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
-Minimum of two years of warehouse or distribution experience required
-Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control processes
-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
-Knowledge of ISO, SQFI, FDA, or other regulated environments preferred
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
