The Forklift Operator position responsibilities include safely operating powered industrial equipment to support warehouse shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and stacking products efficiently while maintaining safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift:
First Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Second Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment
-Load, unload, move, and store products and materials accurately
-Stack and transport materials to designated warehouse locations
-Scan products and print labels using warehouse equipment and systems
-Complete required paperwork and inventory management tasks
-Follow product rotation and inventory control procedures
-Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
-Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues
-Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility
-Follow all company safety procedures and report incidents promptly
-Perform housekeeping and additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of two years of raymond double deep reach and cherry picker forklift operating experience required
-Forklift certification/license required or ability to obtain certification
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
-Basic computer and inventory system skills
-Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
-Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced warehouse setting
