Job Description:
The General Laborer supports daily production tasks such as breaking down boxes, labeling, sweeping, packing, and assisting on the production line. They also receive order lists and move through the Pick & Load area to gather correct items and quantities, placing them into bins. This fast-paced role requires accuracy, agility, quick thinking, and strong counting skills.

Pay Range: $15.50 – $15.50 per hour

Shift:
First Shift: Days Vary, 5:00 AM - until finished
First Shift: Days Vary, 6:00 AM - until finished
First Shift: Days Vary, 7:00 AM - until finished
First Shift: Days Vary, 7:30 AM- until finished
Second Shift: Days Vary, 1:30 PM - until finished
Second Shift: Days Vary, 2:00 PM - until finished
Second Shift: Days Vary, 4:00 PM - until finished
Mandatory overtime if needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Break down boxes and dispose of materials properly
• Label products and materials as required
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Pack items according to production requirements
• Assist with general production line tasks
• Receive order lists and gather specified items and quantities
• Place collected items into bins for processing
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while counting and selecting items
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Job Requirements:

• Read and follow written instructions, order lists, and labels in English and Spanish.
• Accurately pick products using an RF scanner gun and place items into appropriate bins or areas
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as breaking down boxes, labeling, packing, and sweeping
• Work in a cold environment (approximately 34°F) throughout the shift
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced work setting
• Stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with most tasks involving minimal heavy lifting
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work weekends and overtime as required to meet production demands
