Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety within our facility during the weekends. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored properly
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds
- Must be reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
