ECLARO is currently recruiting for a Security Product Manager for a of data analytics company in Chicago, IL. This is a direct hire with our client.

Position Overview:

• Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise security and identity management capabilities.
• This role will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for permissions management and Security integration for development partners.
• The ideal consultant combines strategic product leadership with hands-on technical experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable permission and identity frameworks.
• Must have proven experience in enterprise security architecture, user permissions management, and cross-platform integration.
• Retail / Client experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Key Deliverables:
• Updated vision and roadmap for Client security framework and management tools.
• Successful integration of SSO with development partners.
• Own the product backlog, write user stories, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the roadmap for Client security and identity services across the Client ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
• Advocate for security best practices and ensure alignment with Client's platform strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and implement enterprise-grade security models,
• including Role-Based Access Control, group management, and automated provisioning.
• Drive automation for user onboarding and permissions management.
• Lead team ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Own the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Work closely with platform, application, data, and governance teams to ensure seamless
• integration of security services.
• Ensure standards for IAM meet compliance with security requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 8 years in product management or technical leadership roles focused on security, identity, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying IAM solutions in complex environments.
• Familiarity with MDM systems, SaaS onboarding, and integration with platforms like Salesforce and Azure AD.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (SSO, OAuth, RBAC).
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong grasp of API security, data governance, and automation workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to retail / Client data ecosystems.
  
  

Pay Rate: $80 / Hour
