JOB TITLE: Specialist, Learning Systems & Compliance
Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid: Min 50% Onsite; Flexible with days onsite
***Manager is flexible for days Thursdays are preferred to be onsite.
Duration: 6 months initial (potential extension/potential right to hire)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5pm
Role Overview & Requirements
The Specialist, Operations Readiness and Optimization (OR&O) plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance within Global Patient Operations. This position focuses collaborating with our Learning Management System (LMS) partners to ensure effective deployment of training, creating training content aligned with training standards and adult learning principles, supporting Change Management for Global Patient Operations, and supporting Deviations/CAPA investigations.
Must-have Qualifications
- Experience in quality and compliance systems, 2-3 years minimum
- Technical writing skills
- Learning and development experience
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Project management and organizational skills
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Prefer at least 3 years of L&D experience
- Experience with LMS platforms and training deployment workflows
- Experience supporting deviations, CAPAs, and quality investigations
- Experience developing controlled training or process documentation
Technical Skills
- Compliance and data reporting skills
- Root cause analysis support and CAPA-related documentation
- eLearning and video creation using software such as Articulate and applicable Microsoft products
- AI compentency
Non-Technical Skills
- Project management and coordination
- Collaboration and cross-functional partnership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity

Additional Standout Experience
- Experience in regulated biotech/pharma or patient operations environments
