Eckert’s Farms is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused individual to serve as our Guest Experience & Communications Coordinator. This role is the front line of communication for our guests—ensuring questions are answered quickly, accurately, and with a high level of care across all channels.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the guest journey before arrival by managing inquiries, providing clear information, and identifying trends or issues that need attention. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple platforms, confident communicating with both guests and internal teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple communication platforms simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Confident problem solver with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Ability to learn and navigate ticketing systems, website CMS, and messaging tools
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
