Job Summary
Eckert Youth Homes is seeking a Health Care Coordinator to oversee medical coordination for youth in our residential treatment program. This role focuses on organization, communication, and follow-through, not clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule medical, dental, and specialty appointments
- Track provider recommendations and follow-up care
- Manage medication ordering, refills, and communication
- Maintain organized and compliant documentation
- Communicate updates with staff, providers, and families
- Support intake, discharge, and team coordination
- Provide staff training on basic medical-related procedures
- Transport youth to appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related or human services field preferred
- Experience in healthcare coordination, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and trauma-informed care preferred
- Valid North Dakota driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Evening, weekend, and on-call rotation required

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
