What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Eckert Veterinary Hospital?
Eckert Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team.
Duties include interacting with clients and pets, assisting in handling animal, performing diagnostics such as radiographs, collecting samples, using laboratory equipment, computers, and triaging pet visits, monitoring anesthesia, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and have a positive team attitude. Any previous veterinary experience is preferred. Some Saturday hours are required.
Most full time employees work 4 day a week and 1-2 Saturdays a month.
