Eckert Hyundai & Genesis of Denton, family owned since 1995, is hiring professional automotive Sales Consultants who want to build a long-term career in sales and maximize earnings through performance.
This is for sales professionals who want to sell, build a personal book of business, and earn at a high level in a volume environment.
We offer strong traffic, Hyundai & Genesis inventory, and a proven platform for consistent closers.
What You’ll Do
Respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads
Build relationships and maintain strong follow-up
Present Hyundai, Genesis, and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct test drives and guide customers through delivery
Work a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business
Schedule
4 days per week: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Closed Sundays
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability or strong desire to sell at a high level
Professional communication and follow-up skills
Disciplined, consistent, and self-driven
Comfortable with CRM, internet leads, and phone work
Automotive experience preferred (2 years ideal)
Spanish-speaking a plus
