We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your success will be recognized and rewarded—with a clear path toward field sales or account management, plus a competitive compensation structure that includes base salary, monthly performance incentives, and bonuses tied to closed deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively prospect and engage small to mid-sized or enterprise businesses to uncover needs for ERP software solutions across one of our dynamic business units.
- Collaborate with the Sales team by setting qualified appointments for Regional Sales Executives—think of yourself as the first spark that lights the fire.
- Leverage multiple channels—phone, email, LinkedIn, and other tools—to generate leads and build your pipeline.
- Demonstrate product value in early conversations and get decision-makers excited to learn more.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and appointments set.
- Accurately track activities, progress, and results in Salesforce.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or sales-related certifications preferred but not required.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
