Role Description
ECHO is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Manager to join our team on-site in North Fort Myers, FL. The Guest Experience Manager will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing the day-to-day operations related to guest services. Key responsibilities include managing visitor inquiries, delivering exemplary customer service, training staff, and enhancing the overall guest experience through effective communication and problem-solving. This individual will play a critical role in fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to provide superior Customer Service
- Experience in Training and supporting team members to deliver consistent service standards
- Proven ability in creating a positive and memorable Guest Experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant technology and tools for guest management
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred
