- Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is organized and inviting.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries.
- Supervise or assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness as needed.
- Support team members with training or supervising experience by sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments.
