Cellular Vision is Now Hiring experienced Sales Rep/Manager in training
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully achieving business and personal sales goals and performance metrics
- Provide a world class customer service experience to ALL Customers
- Assist potential and existing customers in the purchase of cellular equipment and service
- Professional appearance and strong desire for personal achievement
- Flexibility with hours, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate as a team member
- Identifying and acting upon opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
- One to two years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for technology
- Minimum high school or equivalent
- The ability to work in a fast pace environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow outlined sales process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Qualify and advise customer by asking probing questions and providing information on products and services offered, by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Making two-day and three-week follow-up calls with customers to check in with them and to offer additional products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, needs and/or problems
- Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features while staying current on competitors offers
- Complete and attend on and off site training and workshops
- Opening, closing and operating the store
- Performs cash/inventory counts and verification
- Assist in maintaining a presentable store appearance as well as other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management
