Job Summary
We are seeking a Pizza Maker to join our team! This is an outdoor venue looking for a Pizza Maker for a live wood fired pizza oven. Hours are Fri/Sat/Sun and select holidays from May through October
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, high-quality, unique pizzas.
Roles include : food preparation, dough handling, and topping assembly. Customer service is a must.

Duties
- Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper consistency and texture
- Select and apply fresh toppings according to menu specifications and customer preferences
- Operate pizza ovens efficiently to achieve perfect cooking results while maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, workstations, and storage spaces
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or seasonal specials to enhance offerings
- Support team members during busy hours by providing excellent food service and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
