What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers inside major retail locations
- Learn customer service, sales, and communication skills through hands-on training
- Help customers find products and answer questions
- Represent nationally recognized brands and promotions
- Work alongside team leaders to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in leadership development and mentoring programs
- Learn recruiting, training, and team-building skills as you advance
