William Douglas Management is a fast-growing association management company. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative who can multi-task across different communication platforms and who has a passion for customer success to join our Homeowner Services team! This is an onsite position based in our Charlotte, NC office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service with courtesy and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with homeowners via phone, email, or chat
- Assist homeowners on their account balances and account inquiries
- Acting as a liaison between community managers and homeowners
- Perform other duties as requested
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree or above is preferred
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Resilient and positive attitude while handling many difficult interactions with homeowners
- Fast learner that can adapt to complex situations, to best serve the homeowner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
