ECHELON is sold on most US Army bases & is breaking into the civilian energy drink market.
ECHELON is a fast-moving, rapidly growing brand looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Community Manager to develop our social presence and amplify our audience. You'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor — maintaining our brand voice across every channel, running our creator programs, and helping scale ECHELON's digital footprint in the military, fitness, food & beverage, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce spaces.
Social Strategy & Execution
Develop & execute ECHELON's social strategy and calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, & more.
Create & curate social content at the direction of the Marketing Manager to support brand initiatives.
Maintain brand sense of humor & voice. We take our products seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Support product launches, limited product drops, brand events, activations, strategic partnerships, & brand goals across digital channels by posting, curating, & engaging social content appropriately
Maintain & expand the digital ECHELON community through commenting, sharing, & interacting with our audience across all channels.
Regularly report & maintain platform & campaign analytics to the Marketing Manager to measure social performance.
Attend key brand events & activations to capture in-person ECHELON content.
Coordinate with Field & Activations Manager to support in-person brand initiatives for ECHELON social content & other brand use.
Coordinate with freelance photographers, videographers, & editors to support brand content production for social.
Creator & Brand Ambassador Program
Build & manage ECHELON's creator ecosystem via Upfluence or similar platform.
Expand the ECHELON network of content creators, brand ambassadors, & influencers with individuals aligned with ECHELON’s values to support the growth of the ECHELON community & drive conversions.
Coordinate PR packaging & product seeding with the Marketing Manager for evergreen & campaign-specific initiatives.
Report on creator program performance to Marketing Manager. Highlight individuals that are brand champions & identify possible brand risks.
Inform creators on current & upcoming ECHELON initiatives to ensure accurate product education.
Military Base Rep Community
Leverage Echelon’s team of military ambassadors to create, share & promote UGC and brand content from & within the military community.
Provide guidance to Base Reps on social content best practices, product education, & ECHELON initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role with demonstrated content creation skills
- Proven influencer or creator management experience, including scouting, briefing, & performance analysis
- Experience coordinating with creative freelancers (photographers, videographers, editors) & managing production workflows
- Working knowledge of Upfluence, Shopify, Klaviyo, & social media management tools
- Strong grasp of the current social media landscape
- Ability to move fast, manage multiple workstreams, & prioritize effectively in a high-growth environment
- Ability to lift over 20 lbs
- Excellent written communication & brand voice instincts
- 20% travel
- Experience running paid campaigns via Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Background in DTC ecommerce, consumer packaged goods, & beverage industry
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, & the military/veteran communities
