Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for owning and driving all floor operations at Echelon, including customer experience, carrier performance, and employee engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a strong work ethic, relentless attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Success in this role requires hard work, dedication, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Operations Manager is expected to lead from the front—setting the standard for performance, accountability, and execution—while consistently delivering on aggressive revenue targets and operational budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This position holds full accountability for managing and developing direct reports through clearly defined KPIs across Customer Satisfaction, Driver Management, Fleet Management, and Facilities Management. The right candidate will actively measure performance, address gaps, and push the team to continuously improve. Working closely with ownership, the Operations Manager will play a key role in both daily execution and long-term strategic decision-making. The focus is simple: maximize truck utilization, drive driver efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maintain elite service quality.
