Senior Family Office Associate | Wisconsin
This is a broad, hands-on family office role for an experienced professional who can oversee the financial, accounting, operational, and personal details involved in supporting high-net-worth family members. The position combines family entity accounting and financial reporting with bill payment, planning coordination, personal financial administration, and special projects. This is an opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated family and become involved across the full range of their financial and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee personal, trust, and family entity accounting, including cash flow, bill payment, reconciliations, distributions, and financial reporting
- Coordinate closely with attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, bankers, household staff, and other service providers
- Assist with property transactions, financing, insurance, household projects, and other personal financial matters
- Review the work of junior team members and ensure services are accurate, timely, and responsive
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant accounting, family office, private client, or financial administration experience
- Strong accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or complex family-owned businesses strongly preferred
- Excellent judgment, discretion, organization, and client service skills
