Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership within a dynamic family office.
This role operates at a high level, with responsibilities that extend into Chief of Staff and Chief Legacy Officer–type functions, supporting not only business and investment activities but also family, philanthropic, and multi-generational initiatives.
You will play a central role in ensuring priorities are executed efficiently across asset management, operations, and family-related matters, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Investment Support
- Support asset management workflows, reporting, and executive initiatives
- Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials
- Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables
Strategic & Operational Execution
- Assist with cross-functional projects and internal process improvement
- Provide research and decision support to leadership
- Help drive alignment across teams and initiatives
Family Office & Legacy Support
- Assist with family scheduling, logistics, and communications
- Support family programs, events, and legacy-oriented initiatives
- Coordinate across business, philanthropic, and personal priorities
Calendar & Communication Management
- Manage complex executive calendars and priorities
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Draft professional correspondence as needed
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role
- Background in a family office, investment firm, or real estate environment preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
