Are you an experienced leader with a passion for early childhood education? We’re a growing ECE organization that has recently expanded into Fort Wayne — and we're looking for a Director who’s ready to make an impact from day one.
About the Role:
As Director, you’ll lead a team of educators, support the development of young learners, and ensure your center runs smoothly and successfully every day. From mentoring teachers to connecting with families and managing operations, you'll play a key role in creating a high-quality, engaging learning environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
- Train, support, and inspire teaching staff
- Ensure full compliance with ECE licensing and quality standards
- Monitor classroom effectiveness and student progress
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
- Drive enrollment growth and manage center budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on center needs
