ECE Substitutes, Inc. is hiring a Long-term/Full-Time Lead Teacher with a sign-on bonus. This position is ideal for teachers ready to take the lead in a preschool classroom. This position is 4 days per week giving you an extra day to support a work/life balance.
About the Role
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create lesson plans, foster a nurturing classroom, and support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth. You’ll also work closely with assistants and families to ensure every child’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom support staff
- Communicate regularly with families and center management
- Model professionalism, patience, and consistency in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of classroom experience in early childhood education
- Ability to meet Teacher qualification requirements according to MN Rule 3
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
