Lead Teacher – Loving Arms Child Care
Location: Junction City, KS
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $12–$14/hour

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
Creating a classroom culture that supports both structure and creativity
Helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
Collaborating with a supportive, team-oriented staff
Serving as a mentor and example for junior team members
Creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe and seen
What We’re Looking For
Experience in early childhood education (at least 3 months or more in a licensed facility preferred)
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to work well with others and bring positivity to a team setting
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it)
A true passion for helping young children thrive
