Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent- SXM

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Sales Representatives. In this position, you will be calling customers who previously signed up for SiriusXM radio in their vehicles, whose free trial has recently expired. Your goal will be to offer them a special promotional rate to continue their service. This is a call center sales role, and we are looking for candidates with experience in sales who can confidently communicate the value of this service and handle rebuttals via outbound calls.

Details:

• Training: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Shift: 11a-7p
• Off Days: Wednesday & Sunday
• Training Duration: 1 Week of Training, followed by 1 week of Nesting
• Pay: $16/hr. PLUS Commission (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in sales is a plus.
• Must be bilingual ( english and spanish)
• Strong communication & grammar skills.
• Ability to engage customers through outbound calling with a focus on sales.
• Familiarity with technology sales and market trends is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Must be able to work in-office at our Sanford, FL call center
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through
• Working knowledge of Windows-based software
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing company
• 100% attendance is required during the first 2 weeks of employment
• Background check will be required for all applicants
